BenQ has recently announced a new point-and-shoot camera for the European market called the C1250. Powered by 2 AA batteries, this stylish camera boasts a 12-megapixel image sensor, 3x optical zoom lens, a bright 2.7-inch LCD display, ISO up to 6400 and uses the Smart Scene Detection Technology to analyze the scene to be shot in detail: Subject brightness; Contrast; Distance and Overall hue. The BenQ C1250 will hit Europe in April for unannounced price yet.

Olympus’ latest firmware update ‘version 1.3‘ for E-P1 Micro Four Thirds camera is finally available for download via Olympus’ official website. Mamiya has recently introduced the Sekor AF 55mm F2.8 LS D lens that is designed for use with the 645DF.
